Outside of work, Josiah is a devoted husband and proud dad who values faith, family, and hard work. He brings those same values into the business every day, treating each property and customer with honesty, respect, and care.

Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father who has been married to his wife Nicole for 2.5 years and is raising their 18-month-old son Wyatt together while eagerly awaiting the arrival of their daughter Harper in August.

When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, and making memories with his family. He also has a deep interest in family history and enjoys learning about the stories and experiences of past generations.

Miles is a Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, husband, and father who proudly serves the community through Genuine Property Care. As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he was a mentor and a helicopter mechanic. He developed a passion for leadership, discipline, and helping others succeed.

After years of working in the property care industry, the owners believed property services should be built on trust, honest work, and strong relationships — not obligations. That belief became one of the foundations of the company, allowing customers to feel confident knowing they are receiving dependable service without being tied down.

Built on faith-based values, honesty, and hard work, the company was created with the goal of providing stability for their families while building something meaningful for the community. The owners are committed to treating customers the way they would want to be treated themselves — with transparency, consistency, and genuine care. Their mission is to create long-lasting relationships through reliable service, open communication, and trust earned over time.

Eli is known for his kindhearted personality, sense of humor, compassion, and strong work ethic. He believes in treating every customer with honesty, respect, and care. His goal is not only to provide reliable landscape maintenance, pest control, and pressure washing services, but also to build lasting relationships within the community through honesty, professionalism, and hard work. In addition to his industry experience, he holds a Level 1 Security Clearance Card for the state of Arizona and has two years of mission experience, which he loved and has helped shape his values of service, integrity, and dedication.

Miles also works as a licensed financial professional, combining strong business knowledge with a commitment to helping people protect and improve what matters most.

Josiah Aho is the Co-Owner of Genuine and leads the landscape maintenance side of the business. With more than 10 years of hands-on landscaping experience, Josiah has always had a passion for working outdoors and takes pride in helping properties look clean, healthy, and well-cared-for. His strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and commitment to quality help ensure every property is maintained with consistency and care.
