Services

We provide pest control, vegetation management, and general property maintenance services as requested by the customer. Services are performed based on the selected treatment plan and property conditions at the time of service.

Scheduling

Services may be scheduled as one-time appointments or on an as-needed basis. We do not require long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Results

While we use professional-grade methods and materials, results may vary depending on environmental conditions, weather, property maintenance, and infestation or growth levels. No absolute guarantees are made unless explicitly stated in writing.

Liability

We are licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by untreated issues, or results impacted by factors outside of our control.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or suspension.

Cancellations

Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice of 14 days. Missed appointments may be subject to a trip fee.

Discclaimer
We are not a licensed landscape contractor and do not perform new installations, landscape designs, or jobs over $1,000.
